We are excited to announce the Bournemouth launch night of Ghetto Funk Presents… on Saturday 21st June 2014 at The Bunker – Orange Rooms. This new monthly night will be showcasing the talents of the Ghetto Funk rosta which includes JFB, Father Funk, Tonic, B-Sides, Hong Kong Ping Pong, Goodgroove, Second Hand Audio and more on rotation.
For the launch party we are super stoaked to present Father Funk as our headliner, with support coming from Cockney Nutjob and Bubaking along with host Kurnel MC.

Tearing up the festival season last year with appearances at Sunrise, Beatherder, Solfest and the award winning Kendal Calling, 20 year old DJ/Producer Father Funk has now secured his place as one of the Ghetto Funk scene’s sharpest up and coming talents. Father Funk’s formula for dance floor destruction includes energetic DJ sets and productions crammed with bass, big beats and the funkiest samples found in his crates. Already Father Funk has supported some of the biggest names in Breaks such as A.Skillz, Deekline and Plump DJs and topped the Juno Breakbeat charts – even sneaking his way onto the Juno Recommends Reggae Best of 2013 chart with his reggae flavoured remix of Cedar Seniors “Funk I’m Kickin” 2014 is sure to be another big year for “fresh on the scene bomb making machine” Father Funk.
